Tennis instructors are responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction to campers of all ages and skill levels. Tennis instructors work as part of a team to create and implement a fun and engaging tennis program that meets the needs and goals of each camper.

- Plan and lead daily tennis activities and drills, including warm-ups, footwork drills, serving, volleying, and match play
- Teach proper techniques and strategies for all strokes, including forehand, backhand, serve, and volley
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and goals of individual campers
- Evaluate and assess the progress of each camper and provide feedback to help them improve their skills
- Help campers build self-confidence and self-esteem through positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for all campers, including enforcing rules and regulations
