Ropes Course Staff
The Ropes Course Staff is responsible for facilitating a safe and enjoyable ropes course experience for campers at Ramaquois. This includes setting up and maintaining the ropes course equipment, leading groups of campers through the course, and providing instruction and guidance as needed.

- Set up and maintain the ropes course equipment, including ladders, ropes, harnesses, and other safety equipment
- Lead groups of campers through the ropes course, providing instruction and guidance as needed
- Monitor campers for safety and provide support as needed
- Ensure all campers follow safety rules and procedures at all times
- Assist with emergency situations as needed
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude with campers, promoting teamwork and personal growth
- Collaborate with other camp staff to provide a positive and enriching experience for all campers
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of ropes course safety procedures and equipment
- Willingness to become certified on the ropes course at Ramaquois
